Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and framers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris or hazards.
- Perform basic digging, trenching, or leveling as directed by the site supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Break down and set up temporary structures and scaffolding.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- No prior construction experience is required for this entry-level role.
