Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Load/unload construction materials and operate basic hand/power toolsMaintain clean, organized job sites and remove debris
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and digging
- Support concrete pours, framing, and finishing work
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- No experience required – all training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to take direction
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Boston
