Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks under supervision
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators and forklifts (training provided)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete pouring, and finish work
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong teamwork skills and punctual attendance record
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
