Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site operations and tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely.
- Perform basic site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment preparation.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure job site.
- Measure and prepare areas for construction activities under supervision.
- Operate hand and power tools safely as directed by the foreman.
- Communicate effectively with the crew and project managers.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
