Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction including framing, roofing, and site preparation.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery (with training).
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate clearly with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a basic background check.
