Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies strictly at all times.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
- Perform basic site cleanup and maintenance duties.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of safety standards is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
