Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including excavation, framing, and finishing.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Perform general cleanup of the job site, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
- Follow blueprints and instructions from foremen to ensure accurate work execution.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding project progress.
- Monitor site conditions and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
