Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all site safety protocols.
- Follow blueprints and diagrams to assist in basic construction tasks.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
