Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, lifting materials, and cleaning construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily on-site duties.
- Unload and stock lumber, tools, and heavy materials from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of debris to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Read and understand basic blueprints or work orders as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions for long periods.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including potential overtime.
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic measurements.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
