Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely according to operating manuals.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and safety checks daily.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
