Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties such as framing, roofing, and concrete work.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
