Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks, ensuring proper organization.
- Mix concrete and perform basic site cleanup and preparation.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to ensure safe material transport.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as project needs arise.
- Experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
