Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials on construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards (OSHA compliance).
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize stockpiles.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
