Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting heavy materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks such as framing, drywalling, and concrete pouring.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow all site safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Assist with demolition and site preparation tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for general labor roles.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA preferred).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
