Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintaining a clutter-free workspace.
- Load and unload trucks and construction equipment safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members.
- Operate basic tools and machinery under the guidance of experienced operators.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
