Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily site operations and construction tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the job site as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including removing trash and securing the perimeter.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general construction or labor work.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
