Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons, with various construction tasks and site preparation.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and supplies at job sites.
- Perform site cleanup, including removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure personal and team safety.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety instructions.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team environment.
