Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and HVAC technicians.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely while adhering to all guidelines.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and prepare work areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long hours.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
