Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) in daily construction activities.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including excavation, grading, and concrete pouring.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles.
- Follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10-hour certification.
