Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools as directed.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically demanding work: ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
