Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various onsite construction tasks and projects.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and general cleanup duties as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
