Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the setup and preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and tools.
- Physical Labor: Perform essential tasks such as digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials to support project timelines.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Assistance: Provide support to skilled tradespeople as needed to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work Night Shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous construction or labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
