Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site preparation work, including digging, spreading materials, and cleanup.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Transport heavy materials to and from the work area as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus.
