Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper safety certifications
- Inspect and maintain job site cleanliness and OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen on complex build phases
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance logs
- Adhere to strict night shift protocols and security procedures
- Complete daily progress reports for project managers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability for rotating night schedules (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic tool operation experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
