Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance
- Participate in team-based construction activities with clear communication
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support various construction phases including framing, finishing, and site restoration
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Nashville metro area
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
