Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, loading/unusing equipment, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely and efficiently
- Demolish structures and clear debris following OSHA protocols
- Erect scaffolding, braces, and temporary structures as needed
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and hazardous material disposal
- Support skilled tradespersons with layout and measurement tasks
- Perform site security checks and safety compliance monitoring
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
