Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation under night shift conditions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled trades with material preparation, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Complete daily documentation and progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or industrial labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials handling
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible night schedules (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
