Responsibilities
- Excavation and site preparation for commercial/residential projects
- Material handling including loading/unloading equipment and supplies
- Operating hand/power tools under OSHA guidelines
- Concrete pouring and finishing support
- Scaffold assembly and basic framing assistance
- Site cleanup and waste management
- Safety compliance and hazard reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license
- Availability for 10-hour night shifts (6PM-4:30AM)
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Background check and drug screening required
