Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up barriers
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and report hazards
- Complete basic construction tasks as directed by supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to all applicants
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Valid California driver's license preferred
