Responsibilities
- Execute complex construction tasks during overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and welders on specialized builds
- Implement strict OSHA safety protocols across job sites
- Manage material inventory and logistics for multiple projects
- Perform site preparation and cleanup in all weather conditions
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Lead small crews on assigned tasks when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in confined spaces
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy equipment
- Availability for flexible overnight/weekend scheduling
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
