Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) safely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, carpentry, and demolition work
- Conduct quality checks and report maintenance needs

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively
- Class B CDL license a strong plus
- Flexible schedule availability (7 PM - 5 AM)
