Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations with precision
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and installation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to ensure site compliance
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and productivity
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year proven construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication skills
- Basic math abilities for material calculations
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed
