Responsibilities
- Excavate, load/unraw materials, and operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized worksites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and demolition tasks
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties including debris removal
- Operate light machinery (skid steers, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with crew members to meet nightly production targets
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability for nights (6 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
