Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with safety certifications
- Install/assemble structural components (rebar, forms, scaffolding)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and layout
- Document daily progress and safety compliance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
