Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow project blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Contribute to team goals with proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (training provided)
