Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) under OSHA guidelines
- Assist carpenters and masons with material installation and cleanup
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain job site cleanliness
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
