Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations using heavy machinery
- Construct foundations, pour concrete, and install structural components per blueprints
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job site logistics
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to maintain project timelines
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain job site standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent trade training
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tools
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Must be available for consistent 8-hour night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication skills
- Class B CDL preferred but not required
