Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Follow detailed construction plans and safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site layout and structure assembly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Participate in team briefings and project progress updates
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train on the job
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Availability to work night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to learn procedures
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in all weather conditions
