Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and material handling operations
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Install and remove construction safety barriers and temporary structures
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and curing
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen on complex construction tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic machinery operation
- Strong understanding of construction blueprints and measurements
- Availability for consistent night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
