Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shifts
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and light machinery safely
- Assist in pouring concrete, setting forms, and reinforcing structures
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians) for seamless project execution
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment for optimal functionality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility for rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong teamwork ethic and safety-conscious mindset
