Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, lighting, and circuits.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical layouts and installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to identify potential hazards or wear and tear.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining work completed and pricing to clients.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Wisconsin (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
