Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, digging, and material handling tasks using hand/power tools
- Operate construction equipment (jackhammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain job site safety protocols and hazard reporting
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid O-10 or Florida construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Tampa metro
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills)
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability
