- Operate basic power tools and construction equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Signal operators of heavy equipment to facilitate safe loading and unloading.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
