Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for accurate project execution
- Load/unload construction materials and ensure proper site organization
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and trenching as needed
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Complete daily cleanup and debris removal to maintain job site safety
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for consistent weekly pay
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills
