Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and installation activities
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA regulations
- Perform night-specific duties including traffic control and equipment monitoring
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions overnight
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
