Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shifts
- Operate power tools and equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, demolition, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications with precision
- Support site setup, trenching, and excavation operations
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Collaborate with night shift crews to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and climb ladders/stairs
- Pass background check and drug screening
