Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the workday
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support demolition, excavation, and foundation work as needed
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal tasks
- Adapt to daily task assignments based on project requirements
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Philadelphia metro area
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No prior construction experience necessary – training provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team
