Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Machinery Operation: Operate power tools, forklifts, or other heavy equipment under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assistance: Provide support to skilled tradesmen, including carpenters and electricians.
- Measurements: Assist in measuring and cutting materials to specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed.
- License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Tools: Willingness to provide own basic safety gear (boots, hard hat, etc.) or access to purchase them.
