Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and construction sites.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Perform site cleanup, including removing debris and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Dig trenches, fill holes, and prepare surfaces for concrete or paving.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have valid legal work authorization.
