Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare materials for the construction site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including digging, mixing concrete, and cleaning work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, or hand tools under supervision.
- Ensure a safe and clean job site by following all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work a night shift schedule (typically 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
- Ability to perform physical labor and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional but preferred).
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
